We had a pretty decent stay for Christmas at this hotel. The room was clean and relatively new. It's a great location for anyone who wants to be close to the airport. The free shuttle bus to the airport, although not convenient, was a great help. The staff was friendly and always made an effort to assist us with our questions and requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which we appreciated.

Communication was quite a challenge. We had trouble getting information about the shuttle bus schedule, and the hotel did not respond to our emails. We had to ask around and make a call to the hotel to get the information we needed. It would have been more convenient if the hotel provided clear instructions on how to get the shuttle bus. Nonetheless, the staff made up for the language barrier with their willingness to assist us. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.
